Q: What information do you provide to subscribers?

A: Subscribers have full access to a regularly updated, comprehensive online database of properties for auction throughout Malaysia. A detailed search facility, which can be tailored to suit your requirements, helps you find auction property with ease. Full property descriptions are listed with a link to the auctioneer website together with their contact details.

Subscribers also have access to a Malaysia auction calendar which lists dates, venues, financial institutions/ vendors and auctioneers holding residential and commercial auctions over the forthcoming months.

Q: How often do you update the database?

A: Properties are usually added every day, depending on when the auctioneer catalogues are released. The database is checked regularly to remove those that are sold either prior to auction or on the day itself (note that the majority of auction houses close in August, so few properties are uploaded during this period).

Q: What types of property are listed?

A: We display both residential and commercial properties that are for auction throughout Malaysia. Properties include flats, houses, retail units, industrial sites, land for development, plus many more. They are a mixture of tenanted, vacant, leasehold and freehold.

Q: Where are the properties that you list?

A: The properties are all over Malaysia.

Q: How many properties do you display?

A: The number of properties in our database changes on a daily basis depending on whether new catalogues have been released and whether auctions have taken place, and the sold lots removed. We ensure that as soon as new catalogues are released, the properties appear on our database within 24-48 hours.

Q: How do I search on AuctionGuru.Com.My?

A: You can search by either clicking on the map or entering the first part of area/ location, and for more specific searches, you can select a price range and property type. If you want to see all the properties in the database, simply click on the 'Auction search' box without entering any other criteria.

Q: Why don't all the properties have full details and photos?

A: While AuctionGuru.Com.My endeavours to display as much information as possible for each property, sometimes small details or photos are missing at the time of the catalogue going to press. If you require more information on a property you have seen on AuctionGuru, we recommend that you contact the auctioneer directly.

Q: Why don't you recognise the location I type in?

A: The most common reason for this is that the area of the property has been typed incorrectly. Double check to make sure that you have spelt the place name or entered the area/ location correctly. Alternatively try searching using the map and drill down lists to see if you can find the area you are searching for.

Q: How do I register?

A: Registering with AuctionGuru.Com.My is quick and easy, simply click on the Join button in the menu above, or the Join' button which can be found at any page and fill in the registration details.

Q: How do I pay?

A: We accept payment via online through all credit cards, online bank transfers, cash or cheque bank in to our MBB's account.

Q: Can I get a refund at any time?

A: We do not offer refunds for cancellation/ termination of subscription. Upon registration and payment for membership, we do not offer refunds for cancellation/ termination for whatsoever reasons.
